The words that people say to us can have a lasting effect, leaving us feeling powerless
and vulnerable.
Over time, the things that people say to us can shape our own opinion of ourselves. This can lead to a fear of being judged, which if we are not careful, can negatively impact our relationships, jobs, social situations, and self-esteem.

Fear and self-doubt are two things that every normal person faces. These are also two of the biggest obstacles to success and happiness.
Some people feel more fear and self-doubt than others. And, some are better at overcoming these emotions than others. Regardless of where you fall on the fear/self-doubt spectrum, there are many things you can do to rise above these emotions.

The fear of failure has killed more dreams than all other fears combined. The fear of failure is insidious, because it’s largely in your imagination. It can also prevent you from even trying in the first place, which guarantees failure.
